I've been cashing checks at the Wilmington location for years. Never had a problem with the tellers but one lady seems as if she doesn't know what being courteous means! I am BIG on respect and i hate for someone to sit my money or I.d on the counter when I gave it to you in your hand. She slid my money to me and the dime...she took heat index finger and slid it...RUDE!!Today's experience was IT for me. This has happened each and everytime this particular teller has waited on me. I tried to ignore it a few times but I've had it with her!! Its very simple to give someone their money in their hand but I guess some people find it very hard to do.
